I don't know if you were the GM at Cool Springs Mazda a year ago or not, but if you did, you had your chance to resolve this at that time. I have no reason to contact you further. It's interesting that it took my negative review of Cool Springs Mazda on this website to get a response from your dealership. Due to the treatment I received at Cool Springs Mazda, I have written your dealership and the rest of the Tennessee Automotive Group dealers off, so there is nothing else to discuss or "work" on.
