I went to Nelson Mazda to look at one specific car. He took me right to the one I wanted and we looked it over together. Then we took a test drive. I had a problem w/ my battery and after calling around found that it would be around $150 which given in the throes of the holidays I was not excited to spend however upon contacting Nelson Mazda and Lonnie specifically..he told me because the car is only about a year old the battery may be covered under warranty and upon further testing it was! so my total bill was $0.00! We were looking for a SUV. Had been looking for several months. We stopped into Nelson on a whim to look at their inventory. After being VERY disappointed w what was in the general market we were not expec months. We stopped into Nelson on a whim to look at their inventory. After being VERY disappointed w what was in the general market we were not expecting much. When we arrived we were given a few minutes to look around and Tom came out. Very friendly but not pushy. Very knowledgeable about the cars in stock. We immediately saw 3 SUVs on the lot we were interested in. Tom knew what our needs were and pointed out the mazda 6. Very low mileage and only 2 years old. As much room as some of the smaller SUVs we had looked at. Gas mileage is excellent. We left and went looking some more but at the end of the day came back and test drove the mazda. We ended up leaving with the car. We are very happy with our purchase. Not only did we come across a great deal it qualified for a bumper to bumper. BONUS!!! I would and have recommended Nelson to our friends and family. More
