Tried to rip me off. I was trading in my 2013 volkswagon beetle with 41,011 miles on it and its paid off, an o2 sensor was out on the car, and i was tring to trade for a I was trading in my 2013 volkswagon beetle with 41,011 miles on it and its paid off, an o2 sensor was out on the car, and i was tring to trade for a 2010 srt8 challenger with 46,000 miles, which my car blue books at $8,200 in fair condition( id say its in good condition which is $9,000 ) so they had the challenger priced at 3,000 above what it blue books ( it blue books at $23,000 so they had it at $26,000 ) and they were trying to give me $5,000 for my car which took the car down to what id have to pay which was 22,000, because of their processing fee is what they said so i would have traded in my newer model for an older model and had a thousand dollars knocked off of the bluebook of the srt8....neddles to say i walked out of there without the srt8. More

No one was ever pushy and we never felt pressured. It was an all around great experience. When we picked the vehicle up, we noticed that the navigation disk and owners manuals were missing. The dealership agreed to reimburse us for the cost to purchase those items. Great customer service all around! We would definitely make the drive again! More
