Signed paperwork for refund and 4 hours later trade was back? check now different value and had to drive another 2 h vehicle. Said my trade was gone. They listened to my wants and needs when looking to purchase my new vehicle. I had my standards of what I was looking for and they were able to meet those needs and find me a ride that had the Turbo m purchase my new vehicle. I didn’t think I really would notice much of a difference before the test drive but I was so wrong. I was already happy with finding a ride with my standards but taking their suggestions made me feel that they went above and beyond by thinking of what I would maybe want in the future. Very Happy with their knowledge and person centered approach in the purchase of my new ride! Joseph the team lead never fails to deliver stellar customer service and the client advisor (John) that I worked with on this sale was very helpful, patient, and respectful.
