I have lived in Tulsa 4 years and this is my third purchase at Nelson Mazda.I have also recommend all my friends to buy cars at Nelson Mazda. I have been driving Mazda's the last 12 year and they keep purchase at Nelson Mazda.I have also recommend all my friends to buy cars at Nelson Mazda. This is our fourth purchase from Nelson Mazda in the past 7 or 8 years so obviously I like Mazdas and this dealership. They have always had excellent customer service and I have always felt like I have rece 7 or 8 years so obviously I like Mazdas and this dealership. I do not like shopping of any kind and particularly shopping for cars. It is frequently a high stress, hidden numbers, motivate by pressure environment. That is not the way I feel at Nelson Mazda. My wife and I have been looking for her a new car for about a month or two. We have visited numerous new and used dealerships in and around the Tulsa area. Nelson Mazda was the first place the we both about a month or two. We have visited numerous new and used dealerships in and around the Tulsa area. Nelson Mazda was the first place the we both felt very comfortable and not "haggled." They were very professional in all aspects of our sale (even when we decided to leave when we had not reached a deal yet). They worked very hard to reach the price that we felt comfortable to be at. At no point did I feel like we were being "pushed" into buying the car. Even after we made a deal and we decided to buy our CX-7, they were very appreciative of our business and working with them. The GM told us thank you at least 2 or 3 times before we left. I had never been to this dealership before but would definitely go back and/or recommend them to anyone. More

BOUGHT A CX-9, WAS ALLOWED TO DRIVE AROUND THE LOT AT 10MPH, DROVE NICE. BUT OUT ON THE ROAD YOU CAN HEAR EVERY BUMP AND CRACK IN THE PAVEMENT, AND THATS OVER THE WIND NOISE. WAS EXPECTING TH GET 20 TO 10MPH, DROVE NICE. BUT OUT ON THE ROAD YOU CAN HEAR EVERY BUMP AND CRACK IN THE PAVEMENT, AND THATS OVER THE WIND NOISE. WAS EXPECTING TH GET 20 TO 22 MPG ON THE ROAD, THE FIRST TANK PROVED TO GET ONLY 18. AND YOU WOULD EXPECT A COMPASS WOULD BE STANDARD EQUIPTMENT ON A $40,000 VEHICLE. NOT A MAZDA.. YOU CAN ADD IT ON FOR A LOW PRICE OF ONLY $400. THE SALESMEN AND FLOOR PERSONEL WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY, BUT THE UPPER MANAGEMENT SEEM TO BE A LOT LESS UNDERSTANDING. IF YOU SEE A WOMAN IN A RED CX-9 AND APPEARS LOST, THATS MY WIFE AND WOULD YOU PLEASE GIVE HER DIRECTIONS. More

We showed up late in the evening, but was met by 2 sales reps. We requested a test drive in Mazda 3 hatchback and got it. We discussed what we were looking for while driving and were shown a Mazda 3 Sedan reps. We requested a test drive in Mazda 3 hatchback and got it. We discussed what we were looking for while driving and were shown a Mazda 3 Sedan which actually matched all of our important criteria. We purchased the car that evening. The total process took until 11:30. But not one person there acted upset about us being so late. All were very friendly. Very good experience. More

i live roughly 4 hours away from this dealership, but fell in love with a used mini cooper they had on their lot. i called in and spoke with michael and he gave me all the information i needed, he even t fell in love with a used mini cooper they had on their lot. i called in and spoke with michael and he gave me all the information i needed, he even took a trip back from coming home from work just to put my information in to hold the care for me (thats what i call service). when i did finally arrive they did the process as fast as they could, putting us ahead of another customer, seeing as how we had to drive 4 hours back home. i would deffinately recomend this dealer to anyone! they are amazing and have a quality product for a reasonable price.
