Overall experience is average. Your service staff was friendly and professional, as is any and all service departments I've visited in the last 10 years. I have since Traded my Ram and purchased a GMC Sierra. I had been a loyal Dodge customer up until my last two Rams, which were more of a headache than enjoyable to own. To this day I am still dumbfounded that I ordered my truck the way that I wanted it for the price I paid! Low and behold I took the 5 mile trip to my local Dodge dealership who blew the bottom right out of all their quotes! I know one of the salespeople at Nemer personally so when I visited I located Vern Potter to set up the sale. He looked over the info on the truck that I wanted, informed me of any incentives Chrysler was running and computed a price that didn't need negotiating. It was a done deal in less than an hour. The best part of it all is the fact that I am dealing with a local dealership that keeps the money I spent local while providing the scheduled maintenance just a short distance from my house. Speaking of maintenance, my appointments have always been scheduled by a courteous desk person along with knowledgeable mechanics who have taken the time to explain any issues with me. More
