I told him we were shopping for a new van and he pointed to the section of the lot that had a large and varied selection. It did not take us very long to select a van on the lot that had everything we were looking for and the negotiations went swiftly and smoothly. Paul Terry sold me my car 2 1/2 years ago and any time that I have gone in for routine service or that something needed to be fixed Tanner and Jen have always been able to get me in when I wanted to come that I have gone in for routine service or that something needed to be fixed Tanner and Jen have always been able to get me in when I wanted to come and are very knowledgeable about what was wrong and very close in giving me an estimate of how much the repair or service would cost and how long it would take. I haved to bring my 92 yr. old father with me most times and bring him in in a wheelchair and one of then usually runs to open the door and when the car is ready makes use that it is close to the door so that I can get my Dad out there without getting him wet. Paul Terry would always speak to me if he saw me waiting while the car was being serviced. Now that he has left the dealership if I go into the showroom ,one of the salespersonsons will ask if they can help and they try to put me in contact with the right person but I have been told that I have not been assigned to any one person since paul left. More
I like that they are not too pushy. They don't call too often either. The prices are very good, however I was not impressed by the trade-in values. I did not purchase a vehicle for Nemer, but I did reach out to them during my search. I had initially began searching used and new dealers on Long Island, but decided to look closer to my vacation home out to them during my search. I had contacted the staff at Nemer and received a response, Immediately. Other dealerships that I had contacted would send me automatic emails, vague responses, and only request that I come in to see/drive a vehicle. Nemer understood my situation, being 250+ miles away. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Nemer (nor did I end up purchasing a vehicle anywhere,) I was very impressed by the professionalism and quick response time in answering my questions. I specifically dealt with Paul Terry, who was more than accomodating in responding to my emails. I had questions regarding the discounts and total MSRP of a 2009 Dodge Ram (back in July of 2009) When I do have the funds to purchase the vehicle that I truly want, the 2011 Ram, I would DEFINITELY consider visiting Nemer to discuss my options. Since I got the car in May I have had the oil changed and had it serviced once. The service department was helpful, however my wait was a little long. They told me it would take about and hour but I waited for two and a half. Not their fault, but if I had known I would have walked over to K-mart or something rather than sitting in the waiting room. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the service and quality I have received. The sales team, especially Carl were very helpful and good to me. More

I was very pleased to be able to finance a vehicle through the dealership, but, from the moment I signed the papers I was treated like I was being a bother, especially when I repeatedly called about the fact that I was still having issues with my vehicles transmission, and, being that I live more than 50 miles away, just stopping in to discuss it was not an option, so, when I finally was in the area, they brushed me off, telling me that I had not brought it in before the warranty was up...this is why I kept calling prior to my being there in person!!!! They are a very friendly dealership, that did work with me prior to the sale...unfortunately, their enthusiasm ends there. More
