My 2009 Rabbit was in an accident and being brand new I made the decision to have a VW dealer do the work. Although the car looks great and you can not tell it was even in an accident, it took a long time made the decision to have a VW dealer do the work. Although the car looks great and you can not tell it was even in an accident, it took a long time and a lot of back and forth phone calls to get the car back. I was told that the delays were due to the lack of communication between the insurance company and the service department. I believe it would benifit Nemer to improve their policies for dealing with accident claims. More
