The customer service was almost non existant over the phone. I had to go in to the facility in order to find out what I had to do to replace a rim under their offered wheel and tire replacement package. phone. After they told me they replaced the rim I noticed before I left the parking lot the rim actually had not been replaced rather the burr on the rim had been ground down and the rim moved from the front passenger to the rear passenger, making it appear that the rim had been replaced. After bringing this up the issue was finally fixed and a new rim was replaced by the dealer. Next issue, the hood started to chip in various locations so I set up an appointment and had the hood looked at. It was determined it was a defect and the hood was repainted at no cost to me. One year later the hood is once again chipping and an appointment has been made. This is highly agrevating as the first time they had the car over a week to repaint the hood. On a good note a rental was provided for our use. Our salesman was very nice and we had no issues with the purchasing of the car. The only complaint I have while purchasing is the manager came over to seal the deal and was rather pushy, if my lease on my previous car was not up I would have walked out without buying the car. The only way I will purchase again from this dealer is if they had a great lease loyalty program. More

He told me the features of the GTI in a waybthat relate directly to my interests and made me aware of the benefits of front wheel drive over rear wheel here in the NE, the gas savings of the 2.0T vs my inline 6, and offered an instant tradein appraisal of my current car. I would highly recommend Nemer to a friend. More
I have been coming to Martin Nemer Volkswagon for more than 30 years. I have had an on again off again relationship with the dealership and the service department. There was a time when the dealer than 30 years. I have had an on again off again relationship with the dealership and the service department. There was a time when the dealers were very aggressive and rude and dismissive of women. However, within the last two years the dealership environment has become a bit more friendly. As far as the service department, they have improved somewhat. The service department is only as good as the customer service people and the quality of the work behind the doors. The dealership overall was a good experience. I was upset with an issue that occured where the complaint that I had wasn't fixed and continued after a $1500 bill. They gave me a rental car free of charge while they fixed the problem and discounted the final bill as muach as they could. They also explained how there was a 3 year warranty on the problem that they had fixed so it was guaranteed. Everyone was very helpful and patient with my complaints. More

I bought a new VW Golf and was very happy with it. I was given a loaner while I waited for it to arrive. The dealership gave me a reasonable price on the car and everything went smoothly.
