I am always able to get my vehicle in for service the day I call. I recieve prompt feedback once the service has been done on my car. Sales experience was very pleasant and price was OK. Service has been so-so. Quite annoyed that 1 week after oil service my exhaust flex pipe failed. Interesting coincidence. Have brought in car for recalls, factory-recommended service and, on one occasion, body work. In every case, work was done very promptly, which is a big plus, as we have to drive 20+ minutes or so to dr service and, on one occasion, body work. Once we used the free shuttle service for a ride home, which was convenient. Usually, I wait while the car is getting worked on, and the waiting area is very pleasant--appropriate for doing work or reading. Makes the 20+ minute drive worthwhile! More

At first, I was lead to believe that the window regulator on my car was still under warranty. But, after further review, I came to find out that it wasn't. The guy at the service desk apologized for the mi on my car was still under warranty. But, after further review, I came to find out that it wasn't.
