I have been going to Nemer VW since I moved to the area in 1994. This is my 4th vehicle purchased/leased through Nemer & every interaction has been very friendly & professional. Overall had a good experince with the dealership only issue was when I tried to turn in my extended warrenty and it took almost 3 months to get the month back. I have purchased at least 6 cars from Martin Nemer. I have been very satisfied with all of them, so I keep coming back, even though I live 50 miles away. I did have one service done on my most recent car, and it was done and the car has been great since. I appreciate the concept of "friendliness", but I don't come to Martin Nemer to make fishing buddies. The staff was cordial, informative, and quite straightforward. I don't expect anything more, and would not want to suffer through a "friendliness" onslaught. Dont fall into the Ronald McDonald trap and confuse cordiality and respect with friendliness. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure - they have customer service down to a science, and you really get the sense that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. I never felt rushed or pressured - they listened, they were respectful, they were knowledgeable about each model and how each might meet my specifications, and in the end, took the time to ensure I got the car that best suited my needs and interests, and gave me what I felt was a great deal. I walked out of the store with a smile on my face and a wonderful new Tiguan! And the service didn't end there - the next day I received a call to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and to answer any questions I might have, and then a follow-up email a few days after that. The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable and persevered with the sale even when I had doubts. The sales woman has since left the dealership. These included a loose side molding and a failed clutch. There was also a recall notice I received and the dealership handled it in a very timely manner. More
