My recent visit for an A/C work was promptly fixed in a timely manner. I want to say thanks to Fred (Service) and Sandy for following up with me. My A/C stopped blowing for 1 week. I had my car inspected on Monday morning and had it back by midday for summary. Part was ordered by Fred same day and it arrived 3 days later. My car was repaired on Friday and my A/C has been working since then. Although Fred was on vacation, Sandy followed up with my recent visit to make sure things were working great. i went in there to oriinally get my 2007 Rabbit serviced and started to look around and decided to lease a new Passat. When I called to set up the appointment, the service department welcomed me as a customer, and really made me feel like they cared about me and my car. Since that experience I have called for other services. They told me they could accommodate me with transportation home as I didn't have anyone else to pick me up. My experiences have been positive and because I feel they care about me at Nemer, I am planning on leasing my next car with Nemer. More
