On one occasion i was at the dealership to purchase touch up paint for my 2003 GTI because some rocks from the road must have chipped the hood. I could not believe the paint was so inexpensive. Such a small price to pay to keep the VW from deteriorating. On other occasions I have been at the dealer just browsing for used vehicles the salespeople are always so friendly, usually even giving compliments on the such nice shape my VR6 is in. I love VWs and I would not hesitate to purchase another one. The videos showing vehicles for sale on Facebook is a nice touch. Nemer is really taking a few extra steps and time to show all they have to offer. More

I was out of town in Albany when the fuel pump on my Passat went kerplunk. I thought it might have been the transmission but the guys at your place were great about diagnosing and fixing it quickly. Since that experience I have called for other services. They told me they could accommodate me with transportation home as I didn't have anyone else to pick me up. My experiences have been positive and because I feel they care about me at Nemer, I am planning on leasing my next car with Nemer. More
