This is my second purchase from Nemer. My first Beetle in 1999 wasn't a great experience, I knew more about the car then the salesman. My second purchase was OK, but not outstanding. The employees at Nemer are always friendly and tell me exactly what they are going to do with my car. I've been in for several oil changes, a new auxiliary audio jack, and a 20,000 mile service and each t exactly what they are going to do with my car. They try to do a quicker job if you're waiting so I've never waited longer than 2 hours. The only reason I don't go back to Nemer for everything my car needs is the price. I can find oil changes and inspections cheaper at other auto service centers. However, I am still glad that I purchased my car at Nemer, and if I ever need another Volkswagen I know where to go! I was not impressed with the Customer service when I purchased my GTI from Nemer. I purchased the car in late November and the dealership refused to give me anything but Summer tires. I had specifically requested all season tires, I was told I had all season tires, and it was only when I got the car home and checked that I realized that I had been given summer tires. It is amazing that I did not manage to wreck the car. More
