We purchased our VW Jetta in Sept 2001 and have been in for service a number of times. We've been pleased with the work when we've left it the night prior and pleased when we've had to wait in the waiting for service a number of times. I visited the dealership to search for a used vehicle, which I didn't end up buying (I'm going to drive my current Jetta into the ground and then buy new). I have had my jetta serviced at nemer many different times and think that the price of service is higher than it should be but on par with other dealerships. However, the service itself has always been very prompt and I was always satisfied with the outcome. I thought that the service department kept me well informed and explained everything I needed to know in terms I could understand. I'm happy with Nemer as a dealership/service center. More

I have only used Nemer's service for my car. I find that it's easy to make an appointment,everyone is accomodating, and if the service is going to take longer than anticipated, a shuttle service is off that it's easy to make an appointment,everyone is accomodating, and if the service is going to take longer than anticipated, a shuttle service is offered.Once, another problem appeared as Iwas driving home from a service appointment, I called and got right back in.
