We purchased our VW Jetta in Sept 2001 and have been in for service a number of times. We've been pleased with the work when we've left it the night prior and pleased when we've had to wait in the waiting for service a number of times. The staff has been conscientious about letting us know when we can expect the vehicle to be ready. The toys, TV and seating area are perfect for waiting parties. Thank you. More
I needed a second key and the parts was very helpful. The key worked great and I had purchased an uncut key on Ebay. At first I thought there might have been a problem but no issue. I visited the dealership to search for a used vehicle, which I didn't end up buying (I'm going to drive my current Jetta into the ground and then buy new). However, the salesman I spoke with was very helpful and did not pressure me at all. I wish I could remember his name. I thought that the prices of the cars I looked at were fair. I have had my jetta serviced at nemer many different times and think that the price of service is higher than it should be but on par with other dealerships. However, the service itself has always been very prompt and I was always satisfied with the outcome. I thought that the service department kept me well informed and explained everything I needed to know in terms I could understand. I'm happy with Nemer as a dealership/service center. More
This is not a review of a recent transaction- my last new car purchase at Nemer was nearly 25 years ago. I drove that Jetta for 405,000 miles/ 20 years. I have only used Nemer's service for my car. I find that it's easy to make an appointment,everyone is accomodating, and if the service is going to take longer than anticipated, a shuttle service is off that it's easy to make an appointment,everyone is accomodating, and if the service is going to take longer than anticipated, a shuttle service is offered.Once, another problem appeared as Iwas driving home from a service appointment, I called and got right back in. I have mentioned to several friends about the wonderful service at Nemers. More
