The service area is always clean and comfortable, I am greeted when I walk in the door. The parking lot is easy to navigate, no driving up and down rows looking for a spot. He was professional, not stuffy or overly pushy, and patient. I went to other dealerships, drove other cars and spoke to different sales people. None of the other cars, or sales people, came close to convincing me to buy. I ultimately went back to Nemer and went for another test drive with Chris. I'm a hard customer, but I ended up buying a 2010 TDI. When I sat down with Mr. Howard to discuss financing, he too was knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating, and had a nice way about him. He took time to explain the financing and didn't try to cut things short when I declined to take the extended warranty. Both employees are an asset to Nemer VW.
