The Service staff is always friendly and prompt. I love the convenience of being able to make a service appointment online! Buying the car was painless too. I dread buying a car on my own, but at Nemer, I the convenience of being able to make a service appointment online! Buying the car was painless too. I'm disappointed that my fiance who referred me never received compensation. He was the reason why I bought the $30,000 car and Neemer couldn't even come through with their referral bonus. Although I would not steer people away from Nemer, neither of us go out of our way to tell people to go there anymore. My fiance referred his cousin 1-2 years ago and did not receive a bonus then either. I do love the car, however it's just bad business & a little disappointing. I've mentioned it a few times & nothing was ever done about it. Another one of his cousins is currently researching VWs. More

I have been satisified with the dealership from the time I purchased my Bug. The service has beenprompt and efficiect. When I have had problems and stopped in without an appointment, I was helped and if I purchased my Bug. The service has beenprompt and efficiect. The sales staff was very helpful but sometimes a little too pushy. Once we'd discussed the car options with them we decided it was not the right time for us to buy but they continued to push it rather tha too pushy. I think they should have graciously taken our information and maintained contact with us for the future. We will probably purchase from them at some point but not now. More

This place is great. My car was done within hours of dropping it off. I must say i was rather impressed with the staff and how nice they all were. Overall this dealership had great customer service, great vehicles and great pricing. I went in looking for a used vehicle with so-so credit and a bunch of other dealerships told me I needed a co-signer. N vehicles and great pricing. The reason why I voted all the applicable categories great was because I had a fantastic experience at Nemer. I didn't end up buying the vehicle I wanted because of personal finance issues but has no is great was because I had a fantastic experience at Nemer.
