I purchased my DREAM car; a VW Bug in 2008. At the time the salesman (Vincent-who is no longer there) told me I would have free check-ups every 5000 miles. At 5000 miles I only needed an oil change so I pa the salesman (Vincent-who is no longer there) told me I would have free check-ups every 5000 miles. At 5000 miles I only needed an oil change so I paid for that.When I was in at 10000 miles I brought it in to have all of the suggested work done alone with an oil change. To my surprise the bill was $170.00. When I explained what the salesman had told me, they said I had been misinformed. I was very disapointed. The next day I took the on-line survey that Nemer sends and told of my service. In less then 24 hours Anton contacted me to aplogize and empithize with the problem. He sent in writing a FREE oil change for my next service. I have been please with Nemer since I bought my Bug and with continued service like I recieved from Anton is why I gave the rating I did!!! More
I purchased my 2005 Golf in October 2009 from Nemer. I have had three previous Jettas (one new) ranging back to 1988! I just love VWs! I had been leasing a Chrysler Sebring since 1982 and had not considered VW until driving past Nemer and seeing the EOS on display. I stopped in and found Tai Lescinski to be extremely pleasant and knowledg not considered VW until driving past Nemer and seeing the EOS on display. I stopped in and found Tai Lescinski to be extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about all of the VW's. She encouraged me to test drive the EOS and the rest is history. I have been very happy with the EOS so far, returned to Nemer for the one month followup check - all was well and the service department staff was also very pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend the EOS or this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
The experience was great in my eyes. Bill helped me out in 2008 and Ric a few weeks ago in 2010. Unlike other dealerships we had been to in the car buying process, someone was out to help us within the fir in 2008 and Ric a few weeks ago in 2010. Unlike other dealerships we had been to in the car buying process, someone was out to help us within the first 5 minutes of being there, as compared to another place where we walked and walked around for probably half an hour until WE stopped an associate who quickly passed us some information about their sale then went running along, he didn't even call someone over to help us out, I'd mention names if I knew it wouldn't get erased off the site. Anywho, since my purchase I have been back to Neemer for a few other things and the best part is that they remember you when you walk in the door, this is really important I think in maintaining a foundation of welcomed and respected customers. We are extremely disappointed with how our deal ended up with this dealership. I would not recommend them and I find their dealings pretty insincere. We went in to sign the papers and they tried to pull this over on us at this point in time. We didn't think that they were as honest with us as they could have been. More
My salesman Bob Cantina was very helpful and gave me all the attention I needed in dealing with my new lease. It only took two days to pick out and car and trade in my old lease. We could not and would not have finalized our decision to lease the CC without your helpfulness, patience, and commitment to service. As I told you when we first connected, I am not at all a fan of car shopping (and I don't know too many people who are). However, throughout the course of our conversations and given the vast amount of insight you provided on all the Volkswagen products at which we looked, I quickly realized that you made the process both informative and - dare I say - enjoyable. You definitely have the ability to "read" your audience (must be from your days as a stand-up comedian!), for I felt that you combine a knack for light-heartedness with a focus on maintaining professionalism. When it came time for you to make the sales pitch and talk dollars, you did so without at all being overbearing. Rather, you allowed us to spend a couple of days thinking about everything, then ultimately reached out to us regarding a vehicle that both suited our needs AND fell within our price range (not to mention that you were willing to negotiate with us to make this happen). And - by the way - we absolutely LOVE the CC!!!
