We met with Keano, one of the gentlemen that work at the dealership. Although we were just looking, he was very helpful, honest and patient while trying to get us the best deal possible. This is my first lease/finance for a car and I was very nervous, but felt comfortable with Keano and his patience. Perfect for a graduate student I have only been to one other dealership besides Nemet KIA, and Nemet was by far the best option to go to. Both Hector and Sammy wanted to get me in I have only been to one other dealership besides Nemet KIA, and Nemet was by far the best option to go to. Both Hector and Sammy wanted to get me in a car that made sense for me and made sure I could keep my payments at a decent rate. I went in expecting to try and be pressured one way or another at most dealerships. But Sammy and Hector made sure I was comfortable with my decision and made sure I got everything I wanted. Hector was the most accommodating and understanding manager I have ever dealt with and Sammy made sure he had all the important info and made it known that I was his customer and that the deal was not done until I signed on that dotted line.
