As mentioned in the short subject line, the only open item is that a copy of the certified pre owned warranty is missing from the warranty booklet in the glove compartment. I called other dealerships to ask how the vehicle gets registered in the certified pre owned warranty system and all answered consistently saying that the vehicle vin number needs to get uploaded to the certified pre owned warranty system. Once I confirm my Sorento is registered in the certified pre owned warranty system, I'll update the overall rating to 5 stars. More
