Though i know the price of used cars have gone up that should affect t the pr1ce that the dealership pays for a trade in.not only was insulting, the sales person told me they put in a cushion in case your should affect t the pr1ce that the dealership pays for a trade in.not only was insulting, the sales person told me they put in a cushion in case your car needs brakes or tires. If it doesn't need these i guess its all profit for the dealership. I knew that my trade in had high miles i had been following the advertised price and i took the miles in to account. The cars sell around $11999 the dealer offered $5000. I would have been happy with $8000. That would give them a good profit insulting More
I stopped in today to have my tire pressure indicator recalibrated. Was not sure how long it would take, first time I’ve ever had this done. I was met at the door by Rob and explained why I was there. recalibrated. Was not sure how long it would take, first time I’ve ever had this done. I was met at the door by Rob and explained why I was there. He walked me back Tyler in service who was very attentive and said we can handle this immediately. He called for Rodger back in service who came up front right away. Tyler explained to him what was going on and he went back and grabbed the calibrator that he needed. He walked out to my car and within minutes he was done. While doing the calibration he noticed I had a tire that was low on air. He drive it into the shop and was back out after he also checked the other tires. All in all I was there about 10 minutes and back on the road. Rob, Tyler and Rodger were all very polite, professional and knowledgeable!!! I was very impressed!!! Thank you guys so much!!! More
Refuses to stand behind their incompetent work Brought my 2009 Tahoe to them and was told I needed a new engine. Had them do the work to the tune of $6,000 and told the engine had a 3 year warranty Brought my 2009 Tahoe to them and was told I needed a new engine. Had them do the work to the tune of $6,000 and told the engine had a 3 year warranty from GM. Initially they forgot to plug in the transmission module, and got a check engine light on my first drive from the dealership. Now the engine is burning oil and smoking. I've been told that they installed the wrong valve covers and GM won't cover the incorrect dealer install. Nereson refuses to stand behind their work and is telling me their mistake is my problem. This is a very dishonest shop that delivers poor service. I am very disappointed. More
