I found the car I wanted online. I was allowed to test drive it by myself. The experience was great with no pressure. The salesperson Martin was very pleasant to talk to. drive it by myself. The experience was great with no pressure. The salesperson Martin was very pleasant to talk to. More

Unfortunately, my experience with New Brighton Ford was not good. In fact, it was terrible. -Multiple unreturned phone calls. This was a HUGE issue. I left many, many messages for both the business manage not good. In fact, it was terrible. -Multiple unreturned phone calls. This was a HUGE issue. I left many, many messages for both the business manager and service and had terrible luck getting anyone to call me back. -Treated rudely from the service department. -Having my sales person pass the buck to service to have them not take care of me either. -Not taking care of existing recalls prior to me buying the vehicle. -NB Ford not getting back to me resulted in them saying my 3 day warranty was not valid. I had to take care of setting up towing myself and then they wanted to have it go against my warranty. I felt like I had been taken for a ride. I have loved Ford my entire life. New Brighton Ford is a black mark on the Ford brand. I have written a document in an email detailing my experience and sent it to the manager at NB Ford, but have not heard a word back. More
Do NOT purchase a vehicle from here. They will knowingly sell you a car that needs major fixes but when you ask them to look at it they will beat around the bush until your 3 day or 300 mile exchange period sell you a car that needs major fixes but when you ask them to look at it they will beat around the bush until your 3 day or 300 mile exchange period passes. Or they will simply lie and tell you that the issue doesn’t need to be repaired at this time. But 4 other mechanics tell you to otherwise. I would of have 0 stars if that was an option. Take your business to a more deserving dealership. More
Power train warranty service work - there was a lack of communication from assigned service rep. I had to reach out to determine status of vehicle, and if it was considered warranty work nmby Ford technic communication from assigned service rep. I had to reach out to determine status of vehicle, and if it was considered warranty work nmby Ford technician. Was told vehicle needed a new oil pan gasket and that when replaced, it needed to sit for 24 hours. I was then called a few hours later that vehicle was completed. When arrived to pick vehicle up, it had been billed wrong and billed me $650.00. The unfortunate staff person then had to sort out the problem after service hours were over for the day. She was kind and courteous while troubleshooting the situation. After a 25 minute delay, a new bill, demonstrating warranty work was created and ready for me to sign to take vehicle home. More

Would not recommend for any bigger service on a vehicle. Brought in my F250 and was quoted $10,000 more than what a smaller town auto shop quoted me for the exact same service. My input was d Check engine light was on F150 Ecoboost. Had code read at AutoZone indicating rich fuel mixture. Informed New Brighton Ford of code. My input was dismissed. Charged $200 for a diagnostic fee, which they informed me up front, so other than gouging, that was my own choosing. Called back and stated needed new plugs, boots, oil change, and wipers. Including diagnostic fee, cost would be > $1000. Outrageous garage pricing. More
