Employees were friendly and helpful. You need to check EVERYTHING though (on any used vehicles that are “as is”). I made assumptions that were wrong- that there was a jack, that the navigation system worked, that there was a second key fob on hand, etc. They do not accept cashiers checks so if you’re not financing, be ready to pay by wire or with cash. Lastly, when already paid by wire and the pick up time set for 1pm, they didn’t have the vehicle ready and we had to wait until about 4:30pm to take possession of the vehicle. More

My first time going there. Service advisor was not friendly and it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. I had an oil change and declined tire rotation because the price was aroun Service advisor was not friendly and it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. I had an oil change and declined tire rotation because the price was around $100. Went straight to Discount Tire for a free rotation. Also, I don’t think New Brighton Ford reports service work to Car Fax because I my oil change didn’t show up although some rear wheel covers installed at Apple Ford do show up on Car fax. Will try a different Ford dealer next time. More
