Not recommend purchasing here! !! They sold me a car missing two essential parts - the tow covers. They promised to promptly send them to me upon my car pickup. However a month and !! They sold me a car missing two essential parts - the tow covers. They promised to promptly send them to me upon my car pickup. However a month and a half later, I still haven't received them. Throughout this period, I've engaged in countless communications with them. Their attitude has been evasive, and they haven't been proactive in resolving the issue. I believe this violates the basic service standards, showing a complete lack of responsibility. As a result, I've incurred losses. Currently, due to the absence of these two parts, my car's appearance is unsightly, and it's prone to water leakage on rainy days, making it unsafe to drive. I'm extremely disappointed in their conduct, especially on Ali and Tommy. More

Both Bran and Jorge (Recio), the Sales Manager who was equally as great, stayed after closing hours to finalize our deal and send us home in a great new car. We could tell it wasn’t just about making a sale, they really wanted to take care of us and giving us a positive experience. Super super happy with the New Century Team! (and the CX-30 too!) More
