Upon entering the sales office, I was promptly assisted by Paul Ihnatovich, who proved to be a wonderful help from start to finish. From the initial test drive to the actual delivery, Paul was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He provided an exceptional level of service in all respects, displayed great attention to detail, and best of all, showed tremendous listening skills. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured; Paul was always concerned with what was best for me as a customer. The financing for the vehicle was facilitated by Mark Lestrange, who was also superlative. Like Paul, Mark was professional, detail-oriented, and exceptionally courteous. He consistently looked out for my needs first and never showed even one iota of disregard for my buying experience. As we all know, there are many finance managers who treat buyers in a condescending manner; they should learn how to conduct themselves gracefully, like Mark. He is eminently qualified to teach a seminar on how to properly handle the financing aspects of a purchase. I would also like to thank Paul and Mark for following up after my purchase to ensure that I was completely satisfied with everything. Gentlemen, you have set the bar so high that your fellow professionals can no longer reach it. We needed a part (a mirror) for my husband's Audi s5 and regularly scheduled maintenance. The service person told us they'd call us in 2-3 days once the part had arrived to schedule the service. After 2 1/2 weeks, we finally followed up ourselves and no one seems to care that we never received a phone call from the service department. Horrible horrible service. More

After a horrible experience purchasing a used car from someone we thought we could trust, my wife began doing extensive research into finding just the right used car. After we found what we couldn't believe was a great deal, it was, by Audi standards, a very minimal amount of money, though it was a fortune for us. Throughout it all, the staff at New Country Audi of Greenwich, treated us as though we were purchasing a $100,000 car. Of special note is Tony Burroughs, Audi Brand Specialist, who guided us through the process, handled our questions on his day off, and saw to it that we walked away with a very very nice car. Also, in no small part to Dijana Stanisic, CPO Sales Manager, we walked away a very happy customer. In today's day and age of quantity vs. quality, it was calming, settling and tremendous to find folks who were interested in satisfying their customer.
