However, before I pulled a trigger I saw an Audi 6spd at New Country Audi, so I called them. Again, I worked with Frank (after initially telling him I wasn't interested). Frank was super helpful (this was a CPO car). Frank came down on price and financing rate and was easy to work during the entire process. He also made himself available on his day-off to get the deal done by my requested delivery date, which I really appreciated. I cannot comment on the service department yet, but sales have been very helpful, thoughtful and flexible. The delivery process was seamless.
