Things did add up after the price of the vehicle was lowered. Finance Manager: also knowledgeable and personable. He made the process as smooth as possible. The one thing to be aware of is purchasing an extended warranty for a used vehicle—they rolled it into the financing, which is not fair. I should have pushed harder for that not to happen or just not purchased through Lexus. I was worried about the electronics going on the 2022 rx350, not the engine or transmission, at all. Overall, the experience was excellent as we felt cared for and respected. More
