Well, We arrived and the car battery needed to be charged, the salesman informed me the power steering was out, why is the car on the lot if it is not working properly, at least drivable? Looking to see a vehicle seen online but didn't like after seeing in person, but did find another that we purchased, with no pressuring salesman hanging onto us until we were ready to look at another. Friendly, tried to answer any questions we had, and then set us up for test drive. Afterwards, he set us up to do the paperwork with Stephanie, who also friendly and answered any questions we had.
