Cannot honor contracts I bought a car from them and several days later received a phone call stating I needed to bring the vehicle back because there lender didn’t approve t I bought a car from them and several days later received a phone call stating I needed to bring the vehicle back because there lender didn’t approve the contract interest payment. They wanted to re-negotiate the contract terms and have me pay a larger down pavement (already put down $1000), or pay a higher monthly rate. Both of which were unacceptable. So I returned the car where they then attempted to have me pay for mileage used for not bringing it back immediately when I was called. Note: This was a non-conditional delivery contract agreement so I was not obligated to bring it back immediately. They only offered me a full reimbursement after I called them out on this. More
DO NOT BUY HERE THIS 👏 PLACE 👏 IS 👏A 👏 JOKE Remember the dad from the movie "Matilda"? The crooked car dealership guy? Yea, this place is like that, except more THIS 👏 PLACE 👏 IS 👏A 👏 JOKE Remember the dad from the movie "Matilda"? The crooked car dealership guy? Yea, this place is like that, except more deceptive with their fancy (and probably still crappy) show cars in the lounge. First off, their cars are overpriced but they claim they are priced for "what they are." Meaning they KNOW stuff is wrong with them and "price them accordingly", but in reality they are still overpriced and they aren't upfront about why the car was priced at a "decent rate". Second, they sold us ( a couple with 3 kids and one on the way-which they knew) a car that had been in an accident and put back together with ZIPTIES, plus something wrong with the airbag sensor, probably due to the accident, which we found out by taking it to our mechanic. It wasn't visible to us non-mechanics, but immediately visible to our mechanic, so the dealership either fixed it up like this themselves or had to know it was like this when they got it and inspected it. That or they have really clueless mechanics, but there's no way any decent mechanic would have missed that. When we requested they look into the airbag problem because they shouldn't be selling cars with safety concerns as such, they told us it wasn't included in the warranty and if we get into an accident and it doesn't deploy we can sue Nissan. So basically, the safety of our family isn't their problem or concern, and they have no issues selling clearly unsafe cars to individuals or families. Third, when we bought the car, they wouldn't negotiate on the price because they "put at least $1,000 into the mechanics of the car"...but after our mechanic looked at it and told us everything that was faulty and we called them asking if they worked on the car, they said "No, we only put oil and fluids in"...hmmm ok so their story has suddenly changed. Also, when we test drove the car, we noticed the tire sensor light was on, but was assured by the salesman the tires just needed air and that it would be done before we bought it. When we picked it up the next day, the light was still on and when we mentioned it, we were told air was already put in and we just "have to drive at least 30 miles" for the light to go off. Now, we aren't mechanics, and it sounded fishy, but we trusted them to be honest. Nope. Turns out the sensor for one of the tires needs to be repaired completely- again, probably due to the accident. Overall, they appear on the outside to be a decent, well priced, used car dealership that would appeal to people in need of a car and on a budget. In reality, they sell overpriced junk cars that they refuse to fix and then lie about the cars condition. They provided a "CarFax" but luckily for them the most recent accident/fix up was omitted so they were able to get away with selling a car put together by zipties that they probably did themselves. DO NOT BUY HERE - their prices aren't that great, they have no morals, and their cars are run down - you can spend the same amount of money at a more reputable dealership and get a better quality vehicle and hopefully put money into the pocket of a salesman / owner that actually cares about safety and doing the right thing. Most expensive mistake I've made Be sure you have your car inspected by a good mechanic before you buy from here. Bought a 2008 Mazda CX-7 and got a 3 month extended warranty. Ended Be sure you have your car inspected by a good mechanic before you buy from here. Bought a 2008 Mazda CX-7 and got a 3 month extended warranty. Ended up spending over 2K fixing what the warranty didn't cover, and I opted for the more expensive coverage. I also wouldn't trust a dealership that doesn't give at least the lowest 3 month warranty for free. More

The 2002 Isuzu which we purchased actually broke down before my son could get onto the freeway after picking up the car. Mike brought it back, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the transmission with a rebuilt. Legally, he may not have had to do a thing, but he did the right thing, at no additional cost to us. This is hard-to-match honesty and service. More
Worst car ever I went in at the beginning of the month to purchase a car. I am currently in college and didn't want a hefty car loan so I decided to purchase used. I I went in at the beginning of the month to purchase a car. I am currently in college and didn't want a hefty car loan so I decided to purchase used. I bought a car, whole process was simple and the guy that helped me was very professional and nice. I haven't even had the car for more than a month and it has already been in the shop three separate times, has been towed twice and the last time in the shop it was going to cost over 2000 in repairs. I haven't even had the car for a month and I already was having to put money into it. Luckily I decided to go to a real car dealership today and they helped me get out of the bad situation I was in and now I have a reliable car and I am happy that I will never have to see that terrible pt cruiser again More

When she took it back in, the service manager Jerry Garcia told her he would not help in fixing the car. A few days later the car would not start and she had to be towed. The car started later that evening and again each time for about a week, but yesterday again would not start and once again had to be towed. I called the dealer and spoke to "Jerry Garcia the service manager" who sold her the car and was told he was not willing to help fix the broken car he sold her. I feel that New Deal Auto and service manager Jerry Garcia cheated my mother, a senior citizen who's car was totaled after she was broadsided by a red light runner.out of the small amount of money she had to replace her vehicle. If the service manager is willing to sell an old lady a piece of crap car in need of repairs, knowing she only has a small amount of money, imagine he wouldn't think twice of taking advantage of you!. If you are wise DO NOT BUY A CAR AT NEW DEAL USED CARS! More
