Rude and disrepectful sales associate I pulled up in front and got out to ask quickly if they have a Traverse on the showroom and he said "no". That's it, just "no". Another salesman overheard this and nicely suggested to him and me that there was one right out front. I walked outside quickly to check and before I could even take a few steps towards the car, the initial salesman curtly waved his hand at me and said "you gotta move car, you can't leave it there" and gave me a disapproving look. I was with my 3 year old at the time and in the immediate market for a Traverse LTZ or Tahoe and would have preferred to have done business with my local Chevy dealer (I live in New Rochelle), but not anymore. If there's a salesman at that dealership that feels that free to be impatient and insulting to a new customer just in the door from the rain with his 3 year old waiting in the car, then chances are the management is the real problem and it's foreseeable only more problems will follow. I'm annoyed though as I'm forced to travel out of town now to lease a full-sized Traverse or Tahoe. No winners here. More

I thought I had leased a new Honda CRV in N.J. 2 months later I am told to return the car because the finance didn't go through. I never wanted to lease but they talked me into it. I actually went to Honda to look at a 2011 Traverse. After I returned the car to Honda (which turned out to be a blessing) it was a stripped down 2013 and I was paying $30,000. I went to New Rochelle Chevrolet after a few phone calls. They assured me I would not leave the lot until the vehicle was really mine. long story short I purchased a 2011 Traverse with everything you can imagine. My salesperson Camile was wonderful she even followed us and drove the car home because I get nervous driving over the bridge. Mark in finance was also wonderful explaining every detail to us. I will tell everyone in New Jersey it is worth the trip to New Rochelle. Sincerely C & G More

Stay away since they are not trustworthy and they just care about making the sale not the customer. If you are looking for chevrolet, I did buy a vehicle from Drezdner in Woodridge, NY. They were helpful and honest from the start. If there was something they couldn't deliver they told me so up front and that is what I believe is the most important when looking to buy/lease a vehicle. Hope you don't make the same mistake I did. More

The dealer has dismissed my complaint blaming it on the weather in suburban NY(Westchester county) and on the use of gasoline mixed with ethanol. The EPA has stated that fuel with 10% ethanol will deliver about 1-2 mpg less than straight gasoline. In addition numerous calls and visits to the dealer to speak with the service manager has always been met with excuses such as "he's out to lunch, away from his desk, at a meeting, and request to have him call me back have been ignored. Please be careful about doing business with New Rochelle Chevrolet and carefully consider a purchase of the 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. More

Additionally, they registered the car under an incorrect address and I needed to visit the DMV to correct this problem. They also sent wrong information to the insurance company and I needed to change policies several months after purchasing the vehicle to correct their mistake. Additionally, the sales team is still cold calling me, asking me to buy a vehicle in spite of the fact that I already bought one from them. Do yourself a favor an shop somewhere else. More

I have visited this dealership several times for service and each time that i visit it is worse than the last time. Every time i drop my car off i never stay because i will be there all day. When i drop my car off they tell me that they will call me to let me know when it is ready but they never do. I end up calling them and every time its 30 mins to an hour before they close. This is after dropping my car off practically when they opened. I also wait until they are about to close for the day to try and give them a chance to actually call like they said they would. I recently brought my car there after having visited another chevy location and obtaining a quote from the other location on replacing the glass portion of my passenger side mirror. The new rochelle service person Craig quoted me about $300 for the part and labor. I informed Craig that i was just at another dealership and they quoted me $100. How can it be such a large jump in price. Craig told me that the other dealership probably uses after market parts. Now i wasn't sure if this was a tactic to scare me into doing business with them and not the other location. I asked him how can another location use after market parts when they are all a part of the same company and new rochelle wasnt using after market parts. He said they probably use certified after market parts. I shook my head and disbelief and that was the last time i visited that location. I now drive 45 mins for superior service and quality work. i have NO intentions on ever going back to the new rochelle location. They are hands down the worst service center i have dealt with. More
I didnt think this would ever happened, but I bought a car from new rochelle chevrolet on Ebay. Bo the internet manager was easy to deal with, this guy really knows his business. I never in my life thought that I would give a dealership 5 stars, but here it is. To put in a nutshell I bid on the car on ebay and 4 mintues later I got a call from Bo. He introduced him self and asked if we can do a facetime or a skype call, at first I didnt understand where he was going with this,but when I logged on I was blown away. When we started facetime video chat he walked over to the car and did a video demonstration live. Technology is getting way too advanced, but hey I was glad because I didnt have to drive 100 miles to see the car. I fell in love with the car instantly as it was exactly what I was looking for. I asked for more pictures to be sent to me, which he did and asked for a car fax, which he emailed me the same day free of charge. I bought the car and I'm a happy customer. By the way a little secret , if you are looking to buy a car from them ask for a $100.00 gas card. All I had to do is like their facebook page and I got a full tank of gas plus an extra $100 gas card. Its a gift card to BP. If you dont ask for it they wont give it to you. I would definitely recommend new rochelle chevrolet. More
