Irvin Will Paneto, is phenomenal. The customer service team here is stellar. I've had the amazing privilege of being serviced by Irving. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and intuitive. My last visit, was when my alternator died. I got stranded and spent tons on towing fees. Irvin Will Paneto, reserved a loaner vehicle for a day, and helped me arrange a payment plan with Sunbit. When I say, top-quality service, it doesn't even come close to how above and beyond Irving went to keep this customer satisfied. I have never received such accommodations from any other car dealer in all my years of driving. I've found a new home to service my vehicle, and it's New Rochelle Toyota.
