The buying experience was rough, I came in with a preapproval from Capital One auto finance. I have a screenshot of the price of the vehicle from the website and it showed it includes dealer fees. However when agreeing to the price of the vehicle I had a hard time just getting them to knock off 500 more dollars and then they also tacked on a very expensive $1300 dealer fee even though the screenshot I showed them said it was already included. The dealer fee itself was $998 added on and then they charge me $399 for an electronic registration fee when I had it "paid for" Tag to already transfer. However because it was easier for them and they said I had a Credit, they gave me a new plate. So I feel like easier for them but cost me more money and the dealer fee being tacked on when it clearly shows it was included on the price from capital one's website and the screenshot of the price I still have. And while I had a preapproval and number I brought in for interest rate, they still ran my credit with seven other banks before using the lender I walked in with, with my approval, but also just seems excessive and more time consuming then it needed to be. Then in financing I was presented with the typical extended warranty sales pitch and I declined. It was late at night and I was just trying to get out of there and I think so were they. When reviewing the contract I noticed that they did tack on a gap coverage which I honestly usually do get when I finance a vehicle. However I was shocked at the price I was charged for $1,175. I don't think I've ever added it on at a dealership for more than $500 and any lender has offered it for significantly cheaper for every other vehicle I've purchased in the past. That is on me cause I did sign the paperwork however it was not presented as an optional type thing like the rest of the extended warranty. Just in conversation, it was more of like here's everything you agreed to and we're set let's go and sign. And then mostly once I did notice the gap price and found a better option to add it on after the fact, I emailed on 6/13/26, 6/15/26, 6/17/26 requesting the finance manager for some sort of communication and to cancel the gap contract. Upon not hearing anything by the 18th, I called the dealership this morning at 10:35am and spoke to a manager and he said they would call me back within 5 to 10 minutes and I have not heard anything yet. I called again at 4:57pm and a sales man took my info and number and said he'd have finance get back with me. So upon all of this this is where my review comes in. They get an extra star because I love their vehicle otherwise the rest of the experience has been a one star experience. And I'm usually pretty forgiving as you can tell in my public reviews but the dealership has just been a very rough experience so far. I will say in the finance office it seemed like a really good experience I didn't feel like any high-pressure, he let me decline the extended warranty which sometimes is a pain in the butt to get through finance guys with. But now I see why as it was snuck in there, and not really presented in a normal typical manner where they show you and then you agree. More just go through the paperwork and sign sign sign. And then upon entering my jeep, a completely empty gas tank 😭 Update- Still never received a phone call from them on any of my concerns. I went in and spoke to the GM, who didn't care, told me the capital one website was wrong and that capital one lied to me when they told me that is part of the dealership agreement to be listed on their site to not add on dealer fees on top of the advertised price. They took no ownership of the price as listed that was intended to include the fee or for any existing vehicles still listed on capital one's website. 1 star experience if not worse from every aspect here. My truck was in another dealer shop 3 weeks prior for EGR issue (Which that dealer could not find the leak) and a differential issue (Which was repaired under warranty). Three days after we got the truck back, we were losing fluid heavily and had to pull into the closest CDJR dealer we could find...Thank God it was New Smyrna CDJR! Bruce the service manager immediately answered the phone and directed us what parking lot to drop off the boat and trailer securely and had someone looking at my truck within minutes! Within an hour the diagnosis was in fact an EGR leak requiring a full replacement. Though I had to acquire a rental truck for the week, it was in great hands for the repairs! Bruce had it ready and then coordinated with me for the return timeframe and how I was able to get across the state to go pick it up! If your anywhere near this location with an issue, limp your vehicle as far as you have to so they can look at it!' Ed More
I have never really had a problem with dealer service anywhere before, but this place takes the cake. They charged me 1000 dollars restocking fees for services NEVER AUTHORIZED, and and never complete anywhere before, but this place takes the cake. They charged me 1000 dollars restocking fees for services NEVER AUTHORIZED, and and never completed and shipping fees for parts never received. Suprise charges when the car was brought in for an oil change and diagnosis of a light on. NO choice but to pay the extra thousand dollars to get the car back. I never authorized any of these charges. This place is a total crook. STAY AWAY. LIARS AND THEIVES More

I have never had a problem before, but now don’t bother making an appointment for service, or expecting fast service, and when you explain any displeasure to the service manager expect excuses. Bought a new 2025 Ram 1500 and wanted to add a spray in bed liner. I asked for a loaner vehicle for when the bed liner would be installed so that I would not have to take off from work. Sales person said t bed liner. I asked for a loaner vehicle for when the bed liner would be installed so that I would not have to take off from work. Sales person said they don't do loaner vehicles. But, I could rent one for $35 a day. This is ridiculous. Even Hyundai and Kia offer loaner vehicles. I do not recommend this dealership. Though the finance guy is very nice. More
Brought my 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 truck (that I bought at this dealership) in for two recall items and the 7500 mile check. Which included tire rotation and balance. I specifically told them that I wanted a this dealership) in for two recall items and the 7500 mile check. Which included tire rotation and balance. I specifically told them that I wanted a “Roadforce Balance” which is completely different than the traditional tire balance …. They quoted me a price of $191.00 for everything (except recall items … that’s no charge). I waited two days for them to call me to tell me my truck was ready and to come pick it up. They never called me, so I finally called them and they said…. “Oh, Yeah, Your Truck is Ready” nice of them to call me to let me know. I go I. To pick up my truck and the price is now $200 and they didn’t do the roadforce balance. This dealership is the worst for maintenance - Do NOT bring your vehicle there. They will rip you off and do the old “Bait -n-Switch on you. More
