turbo actuator malfunctioned (2015 Ram 2500 6. 7 Cummins 57k miles) on a Friday... Truck lost boost and was limped to NSB Dodge /Chrysler. I was met in the service area buy a very pleasant young la 7 Cummins 57k miles) on a Friday... Truck lost boost and was limped to NSB Dodge /Chrysler. I was met in the service area buy a very pleasant young lady who put me in touch with "Joe" the service advisor. He was professional, a good conversationalist who explained the "codes" on his laptop when connected to the truck.. He further advised that a technician would proved the final diagnoses upon examination.. Approximately 2 hours later I received a call from Joe adving the turbo charger was fine but the turbo actuator was defective and covered under warranty. The best part was that the truck was going to be ready the following day... which it was. While in the shop Bobby recommends a number of items which needs to be addressed, brake fluid flush, tire rotation and fuel filters.. which in a large truck can be a pain... they performed all the needed services and I was out the door the following day. Kudos to NSB Dodge/Chrysler.. More
