Top Notch - Professional Expierence We were already driving a Jeep Cherokee and stopped at the dealer just to look around. We were greeted by Dennon Slayton a friendly, polite young man. We were already driving a Jeep Cherokee and stopped at the dealer just to look around. We were greeted by Dennon Slayton a friendly, polite young man. After a brief conversation we walk out to look at some vehicles. Once my wife and I decided we wanted to look inside a couple of the cars, Dennon ran back inside and ran back to us with the keys. I have never seen or heard of this hustle before and we appreciated it. Dennon helped the whole process move painlessly with the help of Chase and Nick. Dennon also took extra time showing us the "how to" of some of the vehicles special features, such as the automatic drivers seat setting-the syncing of our phones to the Bluetooth-the Sirius radio service. Again much appriciated. More

Bought a used car that broke down in two weeks I bought a used Volvo with 70,000 miles on it and being a Volvo lover I was very happy with my purchase. Until it wouldn't start not even two weeks la I bought a used Volvo with 70,000 miles on it and being a Volvo lover I was very happy with my purchase. Until it wouldn't start not even two weeks later. I called them and they told me to get it over to there service department and they will see if they could help me out. I chose not to get extended warranty for the vehicle because I know that Volvos are reliable cars and if it had problems I can work on the car myself. 2 weeks of having the car warranted them to make it right so I paid to get it towed to them. I received a call from the service department saying that they were going to fix the car no cost to me, all they were waiting for was the part. I was happy and waited 2 weeks for the part to arrive. So they could tell me that what they thought was the problem wasn't the problem and the true problem would be 1100 to fix and they would only pay half of that cost. So I'm pretty upset at this point so I go to the dealer and talk to them face to face. What they told me is that they ordered the wrong part and the part that I needed was in fact 600 usd with labor making it a grand total of 1100. And they did not have the [money] to fix it. They said that I should have gotten a extended warranty. I am so frustrated at this situation, first of all I believe the extended warranty was more than the 500 that I am going to pay for the service, and this is why I chose a dealership to avoid buying a lemon. I payed extra fees because dealers should be safer to buy from. Don't buy from these people, this is a shady dealership. I believe they knew this car had problems and sold it to to me, despite me having my daughters, both under the age of 3,with me when I bought the vehicle. More
