Terrible customer service. Employees in the service department are rude and ripped me off. My husband bought a truck 2 weeks ago with a warranty he was told covers all electron Employees in the service department are rude and ripped me off. My husband bought a truck 2 weeks ago with a warranty he was told covers all electronics. We noticed the front speakers were not working so we made an appointment to have them be fixed since we had purchased a warranty for all electronics. Upon arrival were told we would be charged $300 if they were going to fix them but we had to bring it back another day to be fixed due to needing the truck to drive to work. We get back after 4 hours of it being there to be told the speakers aren’t covered by the warranty and we needed to pay $300 to get the keys back for diagnostics tests. They never told us this once before. The manager said they run through 1200 speaker issues a week but somehow no one knew that the speakers weren’t covered by warranty. The technician who checked in the truck said he was almost positive it was the speakers. And the fact that they knew they were going to be charging me $300 and never warned or notified me prior to them “diagnosing” the speakers that weren’t playing sounds were broken. NOT HONEST PEOPLE More

The worst service department I’ve used. Say they did work and they didn’t. Complained to brandy to figure out what work was done and she was suppose to call me back but never did. Scheduling was easy by just calling in and had me in the following day. They were on time taking our vehicle and were done with a standard oil change and tire rotation service with in 1 hour.
