The reasons are given below: Rude, Coarse and Unprofessional Behavior from the Lane Manager _ Jamar Campbell. As soon as I entered the service area, there was a long backup of vehicles and I was worried the door would close on the car. No attempt was made by JC to alleviate the situation. When I did enter, he yells at me "Stay with The Car" as if I am a lackey. Never have I felt more insulted by a Car Dealer. In addition, I had called Newark Toyota 3 times before about this recall and was told that they would call me when parts came in. No one did. I had to schedule the appointment via Toyota USA. The vehicle's wheel lock key was missing - last time the tires were rotated by Newark Toyota. They claimed not to know anything about it - and charged me $73 for 4 lug bolts. I will explore following up with Toyota and the Delaware Attorney General Office regarding this situation. The service writer Jeff was fine. More
