The guys came through ... again! Overstuffed my RAV4 and caused an issue with the hatch!! Bad experience I have been there every since two years and every time they messed up something one time they forgot to change the oil when i went for tire rotation I have been there every since two years and every time they messed up something one time they forgot to change the oil when i went for tire rotation and oil change ..all they did is tire rotation when i got back home i checked the oil wasnt changed and other time they didnt rotate my tires and when i confront the manager i think his name is Jamar said "IT not End of the World" .,......but They Guy name Chris is Very nice and helpful. lonnnnng wait despite scheduled appt 1 1/2 hours for new wiper blades & tire rotation even though i had schedulled appointment. Pretty GREAT WAY to start off a Friday Morning! My vehicle was taken in promptly at 8am as scheduled for a minor repair. They've been really quick and attentive on all 3 occasions that I've had my vehicle serviced, twice without an appointment, but I would seriously RECOMMEND one. The service associate gave me a reasonable two-hour estimate and I left walking (by choice) to a nearby appointment with a complimentary cream cheese bagel, a donut and a decent cup of coffee. Henry is awesome! The other guy was cool too! More
