Body work Extremely disappointing experience. My Tundra was kept at the body shop for a month and the estimator could not see very apparent damage to the seal a Extremely disappointing experience. My Tundra was kept at the body shop for a month and the estimator could not see very apparent damage to the seal and asymmetry of the cap which was installed by the service through True Mobility. The cap still has the rain water leak. The rear bumper and plug in attachments were loose. I had to go myself yesterday to True Mobility to show what was causing the rain water to leak inside the cap. Estimator kept insisting that the cap was supposed to have a leak instead of opening his eyes and look for the issues. He also made false statement that cap was removed and reinstalled by True Mobility.It will be removed and reinstalled now after i took it there. I would not recommend anyone to have body work done at the body shop. And many other small issues. Nazim Ameer, MD More

I would recommend giving him a visit if you are in the market for a new Toyota. ON THE OTHER HAND the financing person that i dealt with Social Engineered me into a Extended Warranty. I think the warranty is great but i think the way the process that was engineered to work is very dishonest. They only show you the payments after adding the warranty and not the price difference that you agreed to with the sales person. If you buy a car with an extended warranty make sure you look at the price difference not just the payments. This way you can be sure it works for you. More

It seemed like no time at all before she returned to tell me the work was completed. She went over what was done and I was on my way. This is my sixth Toyota. Over the years all of them have been serviced at Newark Toyota. I have always been very satisfied with the completed work and the courteous treatment I received there. More

I was immediately greeted by staff and they introduced me to Colleen with service. I cannot stress enough how helpful and kind-hearted she was to me. She ensured that they would take care of everything and shocked me with all of the great things Toyota has to offer. She even got me signed up with a rewards program. I was informed they would have to keep my car overnight to fix it and Colleen got me a rental car so that I could do my daily activities the next day. I have never been treated as well as I was EVER by an associate like I was by her. She truly wanted to make sure I was taken care of and I felt like she really cared about making the next day easy and smooth for me while my car was being worked on. I will absolutely be back to that center to have ALL my car maintenance done because of the great service. I am so pleased with Toyota and they hired one of a kind. Colleen is setting the new standard. More
