In fact I was happy with how Ricardo explained the new problem in a way for me to understand, moving forward I requested only he to work on my car, consistency is important to me. More

Would you like fries with that? I arrived for warranty work. About four hours later, I was informed that they had corrected one recall and ordered the part for the warranty, but had I arrived for warranty work. About four hours later, I was informed that they had corrected one recall and ordered the part for the warranty, but had a laundry list of "other" service items to consider, like air filters. It probably took them at least an hour to look at the tires, brakes, and filters -- none of which I asked for. The service adviser was fine, it is just the management's push for upsell in service that left me frustrated. More
