It's freezing and my window is stuck..down! Since this is my only means of transportation, I was relieved to get my car repaired that night even though I arrived at approximately 5:45pm. Colleen Consalo and Bill Chaffee were great!!! And so too must be the mechanic behind the scenes because my car has been running very well since the repair. Colleen's and Bill's positive attitudes made me feel at ease. The next morning, I purchased and brought them a dozen donuts as a thank you. It turns out that channel 12 TV was filming at Duck Donuts that morning. The news person asked me if I liked their donuts and what brought me there that morning. I told the news person that the people at Newark Toyota were so great the night before that I was bringing them a thank you gift of donuts. More
