4 hours is not 45 min to 1.5 hours came in for recall apx 8:30 was told couldn't take me til apx 3:30 service would take apx 45 min to 1.5 hour, was told better to make apointment so i came in for recall apx 8:30 was told couldn't take me til apx 3:30 service would take apx 45 min to 1.5 hour, was told better to make apointment so i did for the next day for all the good that did was there for 4 hours,had they been up front bout the time i would have had them pick up my car as was the option on my recall but i figured for 1.5 hour tops wait as i was told would be ok, WRONG someone needs to give them lessons on time,facility people nice though, dont remember names of people i dealt with this sheet made me choose someone More

3 hour wait = $3000 repairs I am a regular customer, my last 10 point checkup came with my oil change last month. I brought the car in because of a noise the tires were making. I am a regular customer, my last 10 point checkup came with my oil change last month. I brought the car in because of a noise the tires were making. After waiting an hour and a half for some news or clue to what as wrong I went to investigate on my own. I was told I could go over to mechanic, Ricardo and he said the wheel bearings were bad. But he went on to say my brakes were not Toyota installed,(they were installed at Sears in July) and they would need to be replaced with a Lexus/Toyota product. Ridiculous!! He said he had not finished his inspection and continued and we waited some more. Another hour later I am presented with a list of every possible repair that can be done in this shop. Over $5,000. One week after Thanksgiving, and last month it didn't need any of this stuff!! I am currently getting estimates from Midas, and other dealerships. I think the service manager was rude and deliberately put all these repairs in the system to lower the trade-in value of my car. Why weren't any of these updates mentioned in the 2yrs I have been coming there. More
