2.5 hour oil change Had appointment on Sunday, Oct 18th for an oil change. Upon arrival I was told that there were several "call outs" and they would not be able to get Had appointment on Sunday, Oct 18th for an oil change. Upon arrival I was told that there were several "call outs" and they would not be able to get my car done for an hour and a half. Offered free oil change for anytime during the week and told me they would absolutely get my car done within 45 minutes when I came back. I took the offer and scheduled a 6 pm appt on the following Monday, Oct 19th. I arrived on time, was told it would be a one hour wait, and was led to the waiting room. Two hours later, I was told that they were just getting my car on the lift and they would finish it even though they closed at 8 pm. Car was done at 8:30 pm after two and a half hours in the waiting room ... absolutely unacceptable. More

I asked if my car could be washed and unfortunately it was being remodeled so I wasn't able to have done. I dropped my vehicle off at 9 am and I didn't receive a phone call and end up calling around 4ish and it took a while to get a response, eventually the gentleman told me that my car was finished. (I wish I received a courtesy call, I pretty much missed an appt), but at least the Toyota shuttle was able to pick me up from my home which I was grateful for. The shuttle was very friendly and overall ALL staff was professional. More

I searched online an located Newark Toyota World and found the car my wife wanted. Chris Delpeche took my call, handled my questions with extreme professionalism, give me a very fair offer for my used car and made 3 return calls that day to meet my busy schedule. Chris is the finest sales person I have dealt with in the purchase of a new car. I will be back to Chris and Newark Toyota World when I need to replace my Highlander. More
