I searched online an located Newark Toyota World and found the car my wife wanted. Chris Delpeche took my call, handled my questions with extreme professionalism, give me a very fair offer for my used car and made 3 return calls that day to meet my busy schedule. Chris is the finest sales person I have dealt with in the purchase of a new car. I will be back to Chris and Newark Toyota World when I need to replace my Highlander. More

Terrible service center Had 3pm appt for routine oil change & tire rotation. Waited with car. Car was not done til 6pm. I was not updated of any delays or problems. After 2hr Had 3pm appt for routine oil change & tire rotation. Waited with car. Car was not done til 6pm. I was not updated of any delays or problems. After 2hr wait I did ask several employees what the status was, but no one was very informative. At about 5:30pm the manager got involved. And he did not charge me the approx $64.00 service fee. However that did not compensate me for the time & aggravation. More

The sales rep listened to me I told the sales rep that we were just out looking- we were test driving a number of vehicles and I would let him know if we had any questions. When I got back in touch with him I told him where we were in the search process and asked a few questions. He answered my questions and gave us space. When the color vehicle we wanted came in he let us know---- but he did not pressure us. In the end, we went with the Toyota over other vehicles. His willingness to let us do it at our own pace helped seal the deal. More
