Terrible service center Had 3pm appt for routine oil change & tire rotation. Waited with car. Car was not done til 6pm. I was not updated of any delays or problems. After 2hr Had 3pm appt for routine oil change & tire rotation. Waited with car. Car was not done til 6pm. I was not updated of any delays or problems. After 2hr wait I did ask several employees what the status was, but no one was very informative. At about 5:30pm the manager got involved. And he did not charge me the approx $64.00 service fee. However that did not compensate me for the time & aggravation. More

The sales rep listened to me I told the sales rep that we were just out looking- we were test driving a number of vehicles and I would let him know if we had any questions. When the color vehicle we wanted came in he let us know---- but he did not pressure us. In the end, we went with the Toyota over other vehicles.
