NTW servicing our cars for 10+ years! Took my vehicle in for the 70,000 mile check up. Easy check in. Told them a few things my husband already changed (cabin air filter, wiper blades). Ac Took my vehicle in for the 70,000 mile check up. Easy check in. Told them a few things my husband already changed (cabin air filter, wiper blades). Accepted my coupons. Out in no time. And a lot cheaper than expected!!! After a not so pleasant service experience at a Lexus dealer (in 2015) and getting the Ok from my extended warranty company, NTW has been servicing my vehicle regularly! Thanks NTW!!! More
Customer Service is not their top priority This was an extremely unpleasant experience that I had here this past week. They said my car needed new tires, but they didn't have the ones I needed This was an extremely unpleasant experience that I had here this past week. They said my car needed new tires, but they didn't have the ones I needed, then suddenly they found the ones I needed, but they'd be more expensive. We kept playing phone tag to determine if I would get them, because I had walked my kids to a nearby shop so they wouldn't be a bother, but I had a flat with no spare & was already there. I didn't have much choice. I called & left a voicemail to go ahead & do it. When I walked back, they hadn't replaced my tires because they said they didn't get the voicemail & they'd now need my car overnight. Also, it would be a little more expensive than originally thought. So, I had to take the rental, which took a long time to find one for me & all they had was a car, when I usually drive a minivan. My kids were out of control because it was way past their bedtime at this point, but what can you do? Finally we get out of there & the next day I call several times to check on the status of my car, so I could know when I come pick it up. I come 30 minutes before pick up time & the front desk lady asked me whey I was there & I said because they said my car will be ready in 30 minutes & I need to take all the carseats out & wasn't sure if there was any paperwork to do to transfer back to my own car. She said there's not, so you can take the keys & get back out of here until it's ready, as if I wasn't welcome to sit there with my kids for 30 minutes. I was furious & so hurt, but just said, we will wait, they've already been in the car for an hour & 1/2 to get here, so I don't want them to be in the car any longer. She said up to you & rolled her eyes. Both women at the front desk were unkind to me both days & the guy who told me what was wrong with my car was no where to be found the second day & he again misquoted me the amount, so when I signed to pay, it was another $200 on top of what he had told me. There were a few kind gentlemen in the service department that tried to help me, but overall, this was a horrible experience. Though this is way closer to my house, I will drive an hour to the next dealership to never have to come to this one again. Customer service is supposed to be #1 & this was not the case here. More

Why not 5* One item was missed off the list of Items to be serviced. They have upgraded the check-in process and they now use a notebook to speed things up so you do not have to go to the desk for the paper to review and sign, however you do still sign the notebook! Just double check before you sign. Apart from this everything else with the service was done to satisfaction. More
