The eternal Oil Change I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at the service center I was told that my car could not be seen for an hour o I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at the service center I was told that my car could not be seen for an hour or more. It took over two hours to get my oil change with an appointment. Unacceptable! More

Service over the Top First I want to let everyone know my wife and I did not purchase our Highlander from Newark. I called on a Friday and the next Wednesday was available for our scheduled maintenance. We dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday night and Assistant Service Manager Colleen Consalo checked me in. She was very professional and friendly. She told me the Highlander would probably be done in a few hours and she would call to let me know when to come back and pick it up. I told her the following morning would be fine and everything was cool. The next morning I picked up the Highlander and Chris Delpeche helped me with the paperwork and I was on my way… Great service and super people. And they did not care if I bought my Toyota in PA! More

2.5 hour oil change Had appointment on Sunday, Oct 18th for an oil change. Upon arrival I was told that there were several "call outs" and they would not be able to get Had appointment on Sunday, Oct 18th for an oil change. Upon arrival I was told that there were several "call outs" and they would not be able to get my car done for an hour and a half. Offered free oil change for anytime during the week and told me they would absolutely get my car done within 45 minutes when I came back. I took the offer and scheduled a 6 pm appt on the following Monday, Oct 19th. I arrived on time, was told it would be a one hour wait, and was led to the waiting room. Two hours later, I was told that they were just getting my car on the lift and they would finish it even though they closed at 8 pm. Car was done at 8:30 pm after two and a half hours in the waiting room ... absolutely unacceptable. More
