Exceptional service and teamwork Cheryl G. and the service team provided exceptional service to me/my car in an emergency situation (rapid oil leak from oil coolant line). While I ago Cheryl G. and the service team provided exceptional service to me/my car in an emergency situation (rapid oil leak from oil coolant line). While I agonized over the thought of how disruptive and expensive this incident could be (on a busy weekend full of scheduled events)... I couldn't have dreamed of a better outcome. Cheryl took me from identification of the problem (11a on a Saturday!) to check-in and rental car keys in my hand... in less than an hour. Then, by 4p she called to inform me that the service team assessed and corrected the issue, and explained it was covered by Toyota's extended warranty (LSC) for the known issue. She also went the extra mile by offering a few other (mileage relevant) services... to which I said YES! I picked the car up, on a Sunday!!!, and the whole experience was closed out in less than 26 hours. The car is back in action again... hauling a family of 5 (plus 2 dogs)... and they washed it, too! THANK YOU, CHERYL... AND NEWARK TOYOTA WORLD!!! Wow... couldn't be more thankful to Newark Toyota World for having such awesome and well-trained talent (Cheryl, managers, and service technicians) that work so well together. And for Toyota for having such great customer-focused service warranties. This is my new dealer service center from now on! And my next car will be a Toyota, again. Edgar, Jeff and Lisa were a first-rate team, communicating clearly and answering all my many questions fully and promptly. Edgar especially went out of his way to meet me at the Philadelphia airport and get the car ready. Jeff thought ahead and had a front bumper bracket installed for the ultimate Massachusetts license plate.
