Personal experience was as good as the Toyota cars It was time to trade-in our 17 year old Camry, and it was a no-brainer to look at Camrys again - either a 2017 or 2018. Things have changed on the Ca It was time to trade-in our 17 year old Camry, and it was a no-brainer to look at Camrys again - either a 2017 or 2018. Things have changed on the Camry over the years (not all to my liking), but it always remained a solid, reliable, no nonsense vehicle. Rich met us outside and asked what we were interested in and listened to our "must have", our "don't need", and our "don't want" features. While we test drove a '17 Camry with Rich, he continued to point out features of the car, as well as what the 2018 offered. He quietly explained the pluses and minuses of our wish list and, using fact-based info, had us leaning toward a 2018 Camry. After driving the 2018, our decision to purchase was made and it was all paperwork from there. Rich provided us with helpful info which allowed us to make an informed decision and we appreciated the calm, no pressure approach he takes. His product knowledge, at least on the Camry, is well demonstrated. More
