When we came back on a later date to buy a car, we had forgotten to bring our existing insurance information, and she showed both a lot of resourcefulness and a lot of patience, working on the phone directly with our insurance company, to make sure that coverage would extend to the new car as of that date. The gentleman (David Walmsley?) who helped us through the finance options and finalizing the sale also did an excellent job -- he was truly helpful and effective. Between those two, our experience was entirely pleasant and satisfying. More
