Exceptional Service while being Extremely Professional This was my first visit to the service Center so I was unaware as to where to park. I went inside and was greeted by a gentleman, did not get his nam This was my first visit to the service Center so I was unaware as to where to park. I went inside and was greeted by a gentleman, did not get his name. I explained to him that this was my first visit and he told me what to do and where to park. Then came my service gentleman Jason Curley. He gave me a quick tour of the place which was very interesting, in the interim while I waited for my car I was looking at a movie that I got caught up in. Then came the very polite and professional Jason to let me know that my car was ready. I wanted to finish watching the movie so I called the service center and spoke to Tiffany and she got the name of the movie for me. Over all Excellent service. More

Rich met us at the front desk, and he was very pleasant and courteous, listening carefully as we outlined just what we were looking for in a new vehicle. He then suggested a couple of good matches, which we took for test drives. The decision was easy after that! And the price was just where we hoped it would be. Buying certified used car I was seen right away buy sales person and let him know what I wanted to trade in and for which vehicle, I was asked if I wanted to take it for a test I was seen right away buy sales person and let him know what I wanted to trade in and for which vehicle, I was asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive while they checked out the trade in. The calls and paperwork were started in case we wanted the vehicle, they got use a great finance deal and we talked to and insurance person while there. The vehicle was cleaned and prepped while the paperwork was completed. In at 9 30 am out with new vehicle at 1pm, I was impressed buy the amount of teamwork shown by the entire staff .. More
