Just because I’m a woman My overall experience was good but the guy who handled my car didn’t follow through on something that I? had asked of him. Wanted To get HED lights an My overall experience was good but the guy who handled my car didn’t follow through on something that I? had asked of him. Wanted To get HED lights and needed to know if I needed a ballast installed which one of your other service reps had explained to myself and his co-worker. One my car was ready I asked did the guys check to see if I need a ballast and his response was “O I forgot to tell them to look, then proceeded to say, but you’ll need one.” So instead of having the repair and service guys look, I felt because I was a woman, he just gave me any answer since he didn’t follow through with my request. Next time if a customer request something when car is being taken in, if you forget to have it done, then tell the customer that and let them make the choice if they want to wait or do it another time. Don’t give a bogus answer because he didn’t know the answer when I arrived! More

I decided on a Toyota Tacoma and ended up discussing everything with Karin and Lidia, the internet sales people at Newark Toyota World. They handled everything once I told them what I wanted. The financing was secured and the deal was basically done before even setting foot in the place. I showed up at the time we had arranged and was met by AJ who showed me all the features of my new tacoma and after completing all the necessary paperwork I was on my way home with my new truck!
